Aparatura Hemoron jest przeznaczona do nieinwazyjnego leczenia hemoroidów.
Zasada leczenia polega na bezbolesnym działaniu jednobiegunowego przerywanego prądu elektrycznego, pochodzącego z niskonapięciowego źródła, na naczynia doprowadzające guzków hemoroidalnych.
Metoda nieinwazyjna umożliwia leczenie czterech podstawowych stopni zaawansowania hemoroidów wewnętrznych i mieszanych.
Jak wynika z badań klinicznych, przeprowadzonych w Republice Czeskiej i innych państwach, gdzie zastosowano Hemoron i jemu podobne aparatury, podczas zabiegu nie dochodzi do podrażnienia wrażliwych receptorów somatycznych poniżej linea dentata, ponieważ działanie zakończeń elektrod można z łatwością skierować na punkty zaopatrujące hemoroidy.
Jednokierunkowy prąd przerywany, w odróżnieniu od jednokierunkowego prądu stałego, poprawia przebieg leczenia, a poprawnie przeprowadzony zabieg usuwa dolegliwości zwykle na okres przekraczający 24 miesięcy. Metoda nie prowadzi do wyraźnych zmian bliznowatych ani do powiklań ropnych w miejscu zabiegu.
ENGLISH VERSION
Inoperable treatment of haemorrhoidal varices by the Hemoron device. Current methods of treatment of haemorrhoidal disease or the most modern low-invasive ones, except for Morinaga operations, are confined to removing overgrown haemorrhoids. The Hemoron method, similarly to Morinaga's method, is based on the assumption that haemorrhoids are necessary for any human being, that is why they should not be removed, but their original size should be restored. In both methods ( Morinaga and Hemoron operation ), the desired effect is achieved thanks to decreasing arterial blood flow to a haemorrhoid.
The Hemoron device is a sort of highly-specialized unipolar diathermy, which in contrast to classical diathermies does not carbonize tissues, but it decreases blood flow in haemorrhoidal tissues to 80%.
The structure of active electrode and the use of current of special characteristics in the Hemoron device allows to modulate the current energy, and the increase of temperature of tissues takes place in the area of attaching the electrode to the mucosa of intestine, but in the depth where the vessels supplying the haemorrhoid are located. That is why the surface of mucosa in the area of attaching the electrode practically remains undamaged. Any of the other methods is not so low-invasive as the Hemoron method.
The procedure with the use of the Hemoron device is a painless one and it guarantees the smallest damage of tissues among all other low-invasive methods. It is recommended to have at least 3 procedures at the intervals of 4-6 weeks depending on the level of progress of haemorrhoidal disease, because it causes the most durable results of treatment.
There is a possibility of carrying out subsequent procedures if there occur the recurrences of ailments.
It is assumed in the available literature that carrying out the treatment via the Hemoron method should guarantee at least two years without the recurrence.
The foreign reports prove that within a five-year period of observations of the percentage of recurrences it does not exceed 0.5%, which makes this method the most effective among all methods of treatment of haemorroidal disease.
